Good cosy location and room with large space. It was a bit troublesome to fill all the details to paper which is never seen at other hotels in India. Water faucet at washbasin is strong spray which is difficult to use.

The Stay was absolutely fabulous. The ambience is simply perfect with great reception and hospitality. The workers are helpful. The rooms are sanitized well and healthy for a family stay. The security is top notch. Above all, the Manager is gem of a being. I recommend it for one and all. A perfect place to stay in Bengaluru.

During my recent business trip, i had the pleasure of staying at hotel brunt-on heights for the third time. This visit, like the previous ones, exceeded my expectations. The staff at hotel brunt-on heights continue to impress with their promptness, humility, and genuine care for guests. This hotel is a studio apartment types. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They make you sign a letter which says that you can ask your guest to even enter the hotel. If u have your friends and relatives staying in bangalore they can't enter your room not the hotel that is what the receptionist told me. They have a fix breakfast which can not be changed. They offer you only 2 dishes in a day. They do not even have a match box, and when asked for it they took an hour to deliver it. My friends could not even enter the hotel being localities. Well this type of rules and regulations even a 5 star hotel would not have with them.

Very good property to stay. Great location and ambiance and value for money. Breakfast option not good enough. I wanted to have south Indian breakfast but in this option even eggs are not there and I had to pay extra for the same. Fresh juice also was not there.

The location is very near to the centre of the City, very clean location and surroundings, great service and staff. Only caveat, they give only one Key to the room, even when there are two adults staying for a week.

The hotel premises is very neat and the rooms are big and good. The complimentary breakfast was not good.

I arrived with my bags, and the staff helped me take them right to my room. They made sure that i had peace while at the room, and when I left they cleaned the place spotless without moving any of my important things. After eating a meal at the adjoining Portland steakhouse, I continued working from my room. When I got hungry at midnight, I called for a soup and it arrived in 20 minutes. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby afterwards. This is one of the few places that gives great value for money.
The staff and service are fantastic. I stayed right in the heart of the city and was pampered like a prince. I'm glad there are still hotels that charge reasonably and offer great service. Jai hind.

Location 20 minute walk to mg road, flip side, auto may not be keen to come to the hotel from mg road brigades. Excellent staff- courteous, helpful, breakfast is brilliant. Has on site restaurant which prepares lunch dinner on request, not tried. Very spacious rooms, with sitting and bedrooms separated, no tub in bedrooms, you need to go to sitting room for tip. Does not score well on price to value equation. Big positive staff negative price.
