My stay here was pretty decent. The staff were polite the room was clean and had all the amenities, and I was given a choice to choose from and found a cosy room at the 2nd floor. Breakfast was filling there are constants like fruits and eggs with bread everyday along with tea and coffee, although the South Indian dish changes everyday so it's interesting and everything is tasty. The property is located in the heart of Bangalore which makes commuting efficient. A lot of places can be walked to from the guest house. The overall ambience is relaxing thanks to the thoughtful decor and naturally lit corridors with lots of open space inside the property. The owners are polite just like the staff and they have a very adorable dog too.

Rooms are not good and charge is very high and not up to the mark. Found the stay by make my trip site and also charge for 12 hr. I just stay for 18 hr. They charge me 2 days charge and then additional room tax too

Stay at terrace gardens is nice & resembling the garden arrangement on the terrace to give a eco-oriented stay & comfort. Upkeep of the property is very nice & well maintained. Break-fast & food is like home made of our choice cooked on daily basis & healthy dietary. Overall it is a very good stay & comfort felt. Recommended for anyone who wish to stay away from routine spicy & junk food etc during their stay. All the best. Hope the above are sufficient for u.

Terrible experience

Bed sheets and pillow covers were looking so dirty and full of stains. I wish there is an option here to upload the pictures i have taken. And to make our stay terrible they allocated a room close to the reception area and it was too noisy and we could not take proper nap even for ten minutes after our overnight flight. And after taking shower my hair become so stiff because of the chlorinated water. Though our booking was for four nights, within few hours we decided to vacate that place and move to another property

coupleWe are in love with terrace gardens. This is the third or fourth time we’ve stayed here and we have never been disappointed. The service remains outstanding and the quality of the rooms has always been excellent. The food was excellent as always. The location is great since it is close to shopping and great restaurants. The front desk staff, marry and gautam, go out of their way to help with any issues, and the owner, mars kausalya, is also very helpful. I see no reason why we should go to a large hotel when everything is better here. The cherry on the icing is the darling cookie, the owner’s who stole our hearts.
