The location was good for my requirement. Other than that it's not great for the price you pay. At first they messed up the booking and put us in the wrong room. Since they have 3 tiers of rooms it helps to double check where you are alotted. The room is spacious and fairly clean. The bathrooms could have been cleaner as the water drained very slow leaving sediment in it's wake. The balconies in the description is only for decoration as the 2 we had were a foot away from the neighbors building and all the consequences of their households were constantly in our ears. The kitchen is well equipped although they took away all the plates, bowls and mugs for breakfast on our first day and we never saw them after that making having our other meals difficult. Given there was bo table to have a meal this was even harder. There is a single electric stove in the kitchen so definitely cannot make meals. There is a kettle but no tea and coffee satches so bring your own. The biggest con of the room was the lack of sunlight and ventilation. Not the mention the absolutely no connectivity whatsoever. The wifi is decent although that too doesn't work in some parts of the flat. The food was good. Unfortunately on the second day we were there, we got the previous days lunch made with hurriedly thawed chicken. It's a good place for a very short stay. Would not recommend it for longer than 3 days.

The amenities were modern and everything worked perfectly. The host was very supportive and ensured a smooth, comfortable experience.

Had a peaceful and hassle-free stay at EGA Orchid. The 1BHK apartment was compact, clean, and tastefully done with good furniture and all essential amenities like WiFi and TV. What really stood out was the homely food prepared by the caretaker—made the stay feel even more special. Great value for money!

Mr. Sandeep is the property manager. He is very soft spoken, pleasant and polite. Helpful as well. Had a pleasant stay. Special mention to Ninato. He was an epitome of service with a smile.

Sathish was a good go-to person who immediately resolved all our issues.. staff at the reception can be little more friendly and helpful... over all experience was good enough

The property was new and well maintained. pleasant ambience homely feeling. location wise it is in Brookfield hot of the city. i highly recommend this place. loved my stay.
