Stayed here recently — no hot water, rice quality was very poor, and the room had no fan. Overall not satisfied with the basic facilities. Needs immediate improvement.

this is 2nd time I'm staying here and it is safe for females.. I stayed thier for a week and car parking is available in front of gate and it is safe

I think it’s decent for the price. Hygiene and cleanliness maintained. Rooms do not have enough ventilation. Bathroom drain was clogged.

I have been visiting this hotel from past 2 years and booking this when I come to Bangalore.. This time horrible behaviour during checkout due to traffic I reached hotel at 11:30 and I literally asked him I will get fresh up and come soon in 20 mins and he was bee so rude explaining me tha we have to clean room for others I still had 20 mins to checked but he denied I wa ready to pay him 500 also just for to pack up things and get ready, he denied explaining nonsense things that customers will shout at me and there were no audit mets waiting down at reception to be honest .. I would not recommend such kind of management behaviour ever for atleast 20 mins of support tha too before 12 pm checkout time only .. disappointed

It was nice, they also upgraded my room for free so no complaints. But the kettle was not working and also the bottle cap was broken and the bathroom had no curtains. These all are optional so no worries otherwise everything was good

they have charged 600 rupees for early check-in ,while booking they confirmed they won't charge anything. The price is a bit high for that hotel

Someone entered the room even though it was clearly occupied at the time. When the issue was brought to their attention, they did not respond appropriately or handle the complaint in a respectful or professional manner. This lack of consideration the ongoing activity and made the situation uncomfortable for those present. Such behavior highlights the importance of respecting shared spaces and addressing concerns properly when they arise.

Clean and good stay good staff experience and professional services, adequate services and dinners also available

had to call room service again and again even after telling something at reception. curtains fell down on my head while moving and they tried to fix it with feviquick. I had to ask for room cleaning and even water, towels

AC not working, No Proper response in hotel. Unhygienic condition, Water heater not working

For the early check in at 8 o clock they have took 1120 , and also the ac water leakage problem is thers all over night , no response from the front desk , called from telecom lot of times nobody picked the call not worthy for the stay

I only had stay there, which was ok. However the atmosphere inside felt stale.

I had a stay at hotel and the people of hotel did not inform about their policies and they have open my room withou my permision and have cleaned it when i was not present in the hotel wothou my permission or concent
