Please note that queen beds are always subject to availability. According to your booking confirmation voucher, the room reserved was a Studio Room, and there were no special requests mentioned regarding bed preference. Regarding the washroom, we maintain high standards of hygiene. After each room is cleaned, it is rechecked thoroughly to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort.
