Terrible Stay
had very disappointing stay at this hotel. I booked a queen bed but was given two separate beds instead. The beds were uncomfortable, the washroom was unhygienic and congested, and overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Definitely not worth the money

Please note that queen beds are always subject to availability. According to your booking confirmation voucher, the room reserved was a Studio Room, and there were no special requests mentioned regarding bed preference. Regarding the washroom, we maintain high standards of hygiene. After each room is cleaned, it is rechecked thoroughly to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort. They have extra charged without any extra amenities. They have not any prescribed terrif.

Poor Stay
Location is good.Some sort of stinking smell in the room and bath room cleanliness is so terrible. Such a good location wondering why it is being maintained in terrible way. In the parking I almost vomited due to heavy bad smell.

Refund for the difference between executive room and studio room
Terrible experience. I booked an executive room which was double the price of studio room. But when i reached the hotel they shifted me to a studio room. They even refused to give me a refund of the difference amount. I would request you to please take this on priority and arrange for the refund of difference amount

I would like to mention 2 important things - 1. housekeeping - Neha is a very caring and hardworking and ensures the guest is taken care of 2. food and room service - Mr. Swapan ensures that food is as per liking of the guest and the guest feels comfortable sharing their likes with them.

Great Stay at Icon Business Hotel
I had a great experience staying at Icon Business Hotel near Kundanahalli Gate. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team was especially kind with timely service. The 5th-floor restaurant had a nice variety of food and a good vibe. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in the area!

My experience for last 3 bookings through MMT has been disappointing to say the least. The rooms are just ok with bare minimum linen and no toiletries.. everytime need to ask for extra supplies every single time. Unfortunately this happens with MMT bookings only and not with direct bookings. MMT should look into it.

the location is perfect as it's in front of bus stop and other vehicles are also accessible . Food is also good ,tried paneer and daal and roti. staff is helpful and had no issues with any service till my stay
