DTH TV Connection is disabled. No Invoice generated and not shared for Dinner bill amount paid by me. I have attached the hand written invoice with Nothing mentioned in clear. The receptionist bengali guy laughed when I asked him to provide a System generated Invoice for the 318 INR paid by me.

Got early check-in without much hassle. Everything was smooth, right from check-in to check-out. Peaceful environment made it perfect for rest. The washroom was clean and hygienic. Staff were polite and helped us with directions. Wi-Fi speed was decent for work calls.

Good location, easy to find. Room was quiet at night. Hot water and clean towels were provided daily. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. No issues during the stay. Wouldn’t recommend for long stays, but fine for a few nights. Price matched the quality. Staff responded quickly when I needed help.

The property was not worth spending this much per night as there were no facilities like room service I fact you have to visit till reception for any service u need. No telecom in room, no TV channels were available, no snacks food available to munch in.

Service was so poor and so the food. Hotels are also average and not justifying the amount paid. Never opt for this hotel.

Rooms were okay could have been better, I stayed for 11 days, complimentary foods were average but the dishes which we are ordering separately are well prepared by the cook. Property staffs are friendly.

The hotel was okay for a short stay. The staff was friendly, but the rooms were a bit small. Good for solo travelers.

Stay was good with good food just the number of channels in the tv were very less

i never experienced this. 1. it’s not a hotel, just a lodge. 2. ⁠except a small soap and a shampoo sachet everything is chargeable 3. ⁠no water bottles 4. ⁠recommended to book breakfast with some additional cost. i went to restaurant at 7.30 am, they said breakfast is at 8am. with bengaluru traffic we can’t wait till 8 am 5. ⁠no trained staff to checkin. i was assisted by a housekeeping boy who knows only hindi. 6. ⁠for wifi password they asked me to walk all the way to reception 7. ⁠no lift to reach the lobby from entrance, we have to take a narrow stairs 8. ⁠cot in the room was very small, i am only 5.7 - but cot is smaller than that 9. ⁠overall complete waste of money, time and efforts.
