The hotel gave us a comfortable stay with clean rooms and dependable assistance. It worked well for our middle-class family needs.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room was very dirty, washroom flush not woking, spit on the wall and television not working and disgusting room

Very bad stay. Hotel was not even holding its name so it took me 45 minutes to locate the hotel. Even i check in late then also i had to wait for approx 45 minutes for room. Hotel kitchen was also not operational. Room was terrible including the washroom. Taps in the washroom leaked all night. No toileterieas provided by hotel. Even the breakfast was not ready till 8:30 am. The person at the reception informed that it will take another hour for breakfast. Really a very bad experience. Make my trip cheated me. Even television is not available in room

i ordered one aalu paratha, one gob-hi paratha and two tea but they took 40 rs for gob-hi paratha according to them gob-hi paratha was not complementary instead of i paid more than 400 for complementary breakfast

Not properly clean and price is so high accordingly room

I have paid for breakfast while booking for accommodation. But hotel staff saying that their system not showing regarding breakfast.

The rooms walls were leaking and had pealed of. Tge taps were rusted, toilets were not clean.

I had booked room with breakfast but hotel person denied breaktast. I want refund of money taken for breakfast. And i cannot trust to book through mmt

Washroom were pathetic, tap water was leaking amking surrouding of commode a dirty one. Ladies hair were accumulated in bulk in a corner of the room. Used bed sheet were reused. Pillow cover was dirty and torn at many places. Service boy was arrogant when asked him to change the dirty bed sheet. Ordered for tea and pratha in breakfast but was not served. Side table of bed and study table were having stains and when asked service boy to clean it, he started debating, i will not recommend this property to any one among my known ones.
