Crowne Plaza Greater Noida

Overall, the stay was a pleasant experience with just a few shortcomings. The staff was cooperative and helpful. Upon arrival, welcome drinks were available in containers, but there were no glasses provided to serve them. The swimming pool was of a decent size, but the water appeared hazy with some debris floating—indicating a need for better maintenance. There was also a noticeable smell of urea in the room and bathroom, which was quite off-putting initially, though we became acclimatized after some time.

The quality of food in the Crowne Plaza Greater Noida was great. The cut fruit at breakfast was fresh and there was no shortage of it. The staff was very polite and helpful. Some more training would be good. The quality of room we stayed in was excellent - very clean and fresh beds towels etc. All in all a good experience.

Property’s location is at nice place from where you can get a good city view. It has 3 restaurants specialising in 3 different cuisines with a nice, vibrant ambience. Staff is very good, polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that they have employed speech disabled staff who are working at very good efficiency

Great property location, It’s big area which have all facilities. Very nice food specifically Indian restaurant at spice art with live song along with tabla . Also mosaic has great contenetal food options. I recommend all people including businesses or families. I rate them 5 star without any issues

It was amazing- so clean and well kept. We went to the spa here - vriti I think the name is. That session was amazing! It was an amazing stay with the spa as an excellent addition - vriti spa. The location is great and food is amazing!

Ashi from guest relations was quite good on service. The ambience is excellent. outside food is allowed. the only drawback is no smart TVs are there in he property. apart from them buffet was quite interesting.
