Was an excellent day. Great ambience, great food and was very relaxing at the pool. It's quite close to Gurgaon so makes it very Accessible. Breakfast was excellent white variety of spread and lot of choices.

The location of the hotel is right on the NH8 road. The staff were courteous and very helpful. What we liked about the hotel is the food. The breakfast buffet spread is good, swimming pool is clean and late night dinner menu is also available.

Property was too gud in all aspects like infrastructure, amenities, hospitality n services. Only opportunity was the location.. need to work on that by making it more accessible by creating a U-turn. The staff was very cooperative n friendly especially Mr Sagar at the front desk .

Hospitality zero - you ask for chair, coffee, basic cleaning, their turn around time is 1 hour min or some 5 calls. They have no consideration for guests, rooms are very small, not worth the price at all. Only good thing is the food. Rest, no one was bothered for anything. Fridges don’t work, they shut ac the whole morning so becomes very hot. If you call them before check in for any request or help, they keep cutting calls and then if they by chance pick then never call back with a solution. Any smallest request isn’t considered. Overall, not worth spending time or money.

The property was average. The food was also okay, they charged around 800 rupees for biriyani but the taste was below average. My stay was during a long weekend and the restaurant was fully occupied during breakfast as well as dinner time, we had to stand and wait for a long time....food refill service was also very slow. The bathroom was missing a dustbin and the shower was also not working properly. Overall...it was ok for an overnight stay.
