Room provided was good but the some appliances like tv not working also tap water in washroom is very slow. Also I mentioned them to send cleaning staff two times for room cleaning and they said they will send them but nobody came for cleaning. So my overall experience is average.

Price is less, room quality is average, location quality is very good, market and all good location is nearby

It was terrible,the room was dirty, bedsheets were not clean and the washroom was so stinky, I complaint to them they were like all rooms are like that, I even took some photos in that,,I requested them to changed the room but it was not allowed because all room were the same,and some AC is not working.

Water is leaking from the ceiling and also the washbasin drain system is blocked and water is coming back to surface due to blockage

Hotel is on 2nd floor and lift is very old and small. Room is decent size and also cleaned but the wooden godrej was broken. Main disappointment was the bathroom, all the tap was leaked and water continuously falling.

The hotel was very shabby and not so clean. Maintenance is very poor. Although, i had no issues with the reception. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I recently stayed at western suites hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the main issues i encountered: despite the listing promising wi-fi, i was unable to access the internet during my entire stay. This was incredibly inconvenient, especially as i needed it for both work and communication. There were no basic washroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, or a toothbrush kit. It's frustrating that i had to go out of my way to buy these essentials when they are typically expected in any hotel room. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. Dust on surfaces, stains on the bedspread, and the bathroom clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request basic cleaning supplies just to feel comfortable. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel. The lack of essential amenities and the poor room conditions made my stay disappointing, and i will not be returning.

Good place to stay. Staff are friendly. Hotel looks very old they need to improve this. Improve the hygienic in parking area

The room was ok, tv was not working the power code cable itself came off, and water was not there around 11:30pm we went down and asked for water and the towel which they provide was not at all good the actual colour was white but we can tell it’s been used multiple times and looks so old. They can improve in that and the room was very suffocating too.

This are best for couples pg and feel compartable. Reception also nice person and welcome nicely.

No handwash or shampoo in bathroom, ac wasn't working properly. They even charged for extra water bottle. Towels weren't clean. Furniture in room was broken.

The toilet jetspray does not work properly. Hotel staffs are reluctant to do housekeeping and cleaning the room

Hotel and hotel staff are good. Very close to eco space. Food we can get even late night. Easy to commute. Staff helped to keep my luggage until evening without any issue. Staying here for 2 nd time. Premises looks old but okay for a day or 2.

It’s close to main road. Food and travel easy to go around. Medical temple. Food a very reasonable price.

Room could have been better. No ac was working no hot water. Housekeeping staff as an attitude of not doing things and commands us go wherever you want go and complain

Just ok for night stay. It needs more cleaning to keep away mosquitos. Initially the room given at 2nd floor was very dark and not at all for living, later it was changed to 3rd floor.
