Stayed at FabHotel SSR ikon suites, Kondapur, Hyderabad from 11 sep to 13 September 2025. The rooms are very small but the disappointing thing is that they even don’t provide drinking water. The Pillows / bed sheets are having foul smells. Towels provided on request only. So basic things missing.

Dissatisfied service..but has good location and bf

Location was good, but the service was poor. Didn’t get dry towels during rains, and room was smelling of dampness, which was covered up with excess room spray. Breakfast was good and on time, however it’s not guaranteed that you will receive the same breakfast that you ordered. There is a high chance of mix-up. For ex: I ordered idli 2 plates and received 2 plates of vada instead.

Breakfast facility aren’t available. There is no breakfast area. They buy it from the roadside cheaper shop and provide you with that and the breakfast charges charged are way more expensive than the quality of food they provide you. Tea and coffee nor juices are included in that. Neither water facility is available you need to pay for water even.
