it was good stay , neat rooms quick response , complimentary breakfast was ok , only problem I faced was I opted for early checkin , they charged me extra 500 rs which is not fair , as the hotel is in prime area near to many offices people wil try to checkin early in the morning so that they can go to their office , management should rethink about this policy and make it a 24 hr checkin ,

Location was good, room was clean and service was good too. The only feedback would be to keep towels, toiletries and water bottles without bring asked for (they were complimentary, although they were given only after asked for) this wasn’t a major concern but would make it more smoother if worked upon by hotel

The room was a bit okay .... But the pillows were smelling very bad and there were a few issues with the washroom. The shower was not working on the room number 4009 and the basin was a bit dirty and too stained which made me very uncomfortable for a hotel with a 4+ star rating.
