FabHotel AG Star - Near Kolkata Airport

Very warm welcome at reception. Lovely and specious room. Clean and hygien maintained. Nice food on breakfast. High speed wifi

Hotel was dingy, stinky and dirty. No soap, dirty towel, stinky dustbin and pathetic staff. I didn't stay for even 30 minutes. Immediately checked out and then booked a room in another hotel

The stay was scary with lot of mosquitoes in the room and the breakfast area, the operator shut down the ac right it was 2 hours from the checkout time. The lift is stingy.

The corridors were smelly. Washroom was clean. There were holes in bed sheet and also the smell in blanket and linen. Not recommended.

The hotel has a foul odour and is unclean. The room's dust bins have never been cleaned. The yellow-colored komodes appear to have been improperly cleaned. The blanket cover appeared to have never been laundered and was covered in markings. When called, the employees arrive very late. Both the switches and the charging ports are broken. The second-floor rooms that I reserved, numbers 203 and 207, were both in disrepair.

They were very kind in helping me with my stay. I paid 2 days breakfast to mm t which mm t did-not pay them. Despite not receiving my money for breakfast, they still gave me free breakfast.

Not a good experience. Service is very bad. At the check out time i told them 3-4 times to take my luggages from the room, they repeatedly said that we are sending but no one is there to take the luggages. Rooms are dirty and very small. Apart from this in terms of cleanliness they will get a big zero, food utensils are really very dirty. Overall the stay at this hotel is not good. Please don't choose to stay at this hotel. In this price range anyone can get other good hotels.

they only ask for extra money and they don't give you any checked out call. if 1 min is up. they direct ask for extra charge.

Booking 2 double bed for 4 person, but hotel jane k baad pata chala ki unke pass 2 double bed neha hai, ek hi room pe 4 logo go de dia, auro toh auro charges v 2 double bed ka le liya, auro hotel service ki baat toh ki blu 4/5 bar phone karne k baad koi ata hai auro ake kehta hai ki 2 hi towels milegaa etc etc. Very very poor service so next time i will be more careful before booking any hotels from mmt.

Staying is good, staff are very nice and well-behaved. But parking not having enough space and food is very bad.

There is no blanket in the room as well as they said hot water is available in the bathroom, but hot water is not coming, other things are ok like room service and room accommodation.

The room was not cleaned properly. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. Seems the furnitures has not been cleaned since a long time. There was not toilet paper in the toilet. Initially the manager was not putting on the supply to ac and geyser, i had to request him twice, thereafter he put it on reluctantly. The switch boards are broken and the fan regulator knob was missing. The food was good and the staffs are friendly though.

The staff was very kind, informed and welcoming. The rooms themselves aren't that magnificent or comfortable but for an economic quick stay i found it pretty good.

Cold shower and no breakfast greeted me in the morning.

In reality hotel room does not matches the pictures. It was small and stinking to the core. Hotel people’s behaviour was also worse. Booked this hotel since i had to catch an early morning flight but would urge others not to book it even in their deeams
