The room was dirty, cockroaches all around, not well maintained, no proper breakfast included nor room service neither they had a balcony or pool shown in the picture. It was an old building.

Room provided by the hotel was totally different which I booked and there was no service at all not even water provided by the hotel staff. Same day I sent a mail but there was no reply shoking All the commitments made was not there. this was worst experience in a hotel I'll never book any thing in future

The hotel manager did not provide us the breakfast in spite of booking with breakfast cost. Hotel is quite old it's not as it's shown in the MMT picture. Quite dirty, bathroom is fully dirty, 405 room AC and Fan doesn't work so I changed our room. New room 411 also stinks in the bathroom. I would never go back to this hotel again.

He has not served break fast. TV is in room but inactive. Ac is in room but inactive. Overall services are poor. I have paid deluxe room with break fast but room was ordinary and he has not served break fast even I have demanded.

I had a terrible stay. The room was below expectation and totally different from the once shown in pictures. The AC was broken. Furniture and fixtures old and broken. The ambience was terrible. Full of bugs, insects. I would never recommend anything like this to my friends. Make my trip assisted me to change my room and forgot to follow up which they promised to do. Terrible terrible customer care. I was charged for water. Complimentary breakfast was horrible

Room and service are good. Bathroom exhaust fan and gesture are not working and after complain not resolves this problem. Staff behaviour is very good and helpful also. Check-in and checkout process is very easier. Property location is close to metro station and near good restaurants for beverage and verities of foods.

The room is dirty, the comforter has been used, and even after calling the staff repeatedly, they don’t come and the room isn’t cleaned daily. The hotel manager behaves very rudely… for the price charged, this is the worst hotel. There is no service of food but location is good and service is very bad...walls and bathroom was dirty..behave of hotel staffs not good
