Seeing in site hotel picture it's totally different with physical experience totally horrible. which I pay for hotel room it's not justify as well as not worth it.

Room was clean. Toilets were also clean. Staff were friendly.

Ideally post booking we have not stayed there after seeing the room condition and we have to look for other property around last minute which made our travel hustle.

at first this platform charges muvh higher price as compare to size of room. The surrounding place is tooo much noisy. plaster and colour of the wall are distorted.

Had a great time staying with hotel diamond inn Kolkata . Hotel is located near esplanade metro and all tourist place are nearby .

The overall experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not clean at all, and hygiene was poorly maintained. The washroom and bedsheets looked dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service was also very slow and unresponsive — staff didn’t seem interested in helping or resolving issues. The food quality was below average and not served on time. I definitely expected better cleanliness and service for the price charged.

Terrible staff and the property owners. I had reached around 10:30am for check-In they had denied to checkin before 12noon. and force me to upgrade the room. I had denied opting that and chose to checkin at 12and did the same. They had provided a room which is terrible not the same as I booked. Bathroom door locks were not working all over damp. Behavior is worst i feel like Life threat during my stay, I had also asked for Normal water which is the basic rights of a customer where Hotel or restaurants can't deny but he had denied and argued that they will not provide and try to force me for packaged water. Never ever stay be carefull the way their owner will threaten is terrible. Lackof professionalism.
