Had a great time staying with hotel diamond inn Kolkata . Hotel is located near esplanade metro and all tourist place are nearby .

The overall experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not clean at all, and hygiene was poorly maintained. The washroom and bedsheets looked dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable. The service was also very slow and unresponsive — staff didn’t seem interested in helping or resolving issues. The food quality was below average and not served on time. I definitely expected better cleanliness and service for the price charged.

Terrible staff and the property owners. I had reached around 10:30am for check-In they had denied to checkin before 12noon. and force me to upgrade the room. I had denied opting that and chose to checkin at 12and did the same. They had provided a room which is terrible not the same as I booked. Bathroom door locks were not working all over damp. Behavior is worst i feel like Life threat during my stay, I had also asked for Normal water which is the basic rights of a customer where Hotel or restaurants can't deny but he had denied and argued that they will not provide and try to force me for packaged water. Never ever stay be carefull the way their owner will threaten is terrible. Lackof professionalism.

My family recently enjoyed a perfect two-day "staycation" at the magnificent hotel diamond inn , Kolkata, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew we had chosen the perfect retreat.

The worst . The behavior of receptionist is very rude & tough. When we see the room it is not habitable in condition. No guide lines are followed . Receptionist deny to provide extra mattresses for my kids.Conditions was like that we left without checking in. Hotelier didn't not refund anything. Dirtiest location. The worst hotel in my life . Receptionist doesn't know anything. I didn't stay here and I should be refunded.Don't know how people are giving better rating.
