Room is full of damp feels also cozy don't recommend any one.

Best hotel in this price.. avoid the negative review. In this price no one will provide this type of hotel, you will get a small fridge, clean room, AC, TV, Wifi and most importantly huge space for your bags, trolleys. Yes there are some negative point also, like the AC will work but you have to understand It's bhuutiya function. the bed charging point was not working properly. but still good hotel in this price. Staffs were also good.

Intercom was not working No bed light lamp Bad smell at Restaurant Food taste was not upto mark

very bad Hotel.. I would suggest not to book this terrible hotel. my check in was denied due to their price issue. when I was sitting at the hotel lobby trying to reach mmt customer support, I saw the hotel manager fighting with families due to the bed sheet Little dirty during checkout. it's really stupid. are the guests supposed to wash bedsheets before checkout..

the room was not usable, jet sprey was not working, water supply in bathroom was not functional, bitter experience. I have payed the amount for delux room but it was very poor condition, please look into the matter

AC sound too high , toilets are dirty, bed sheets sperm stains on bedsheet and peelo cover, hotel resturant is lazy

It’s a great place to stay in Siliguri with spacious rooms and all amenities, spic and span , the only problem was WIFI which was not available in the room and when I called reception the guy told me go to the door and you will get the connection , after spending so much to make a hotel things like these which hardly cost anything to put an extra router would have been better but it’s penny wise pound foolish otherwise no complaints.

Overall it was good to stay well located cleanliness was ok not so good staff is good restaurant i 10 out pf 10

Very dirty and smelly . only I know how i have survived there . Kindly suggest them to keep the room clean .

The rooms are very bad. The room that we booked was a premium room but they provided a very small room. After that they changed the room. The room that we stayed had bed bugs, Intercom was not working properly, no wifi and the bathroom was too small. A terrible experience in staying at Presidency inn.

The food was pathetic, location was hotel was average no proper working shower no proper ventilation of the room

room was clean, spacious,staff were active and well behaved .In house food was authentic and hygienic
