Because the issue is my friend is local and the local perople not allowed and the staff directly say us to talk the make my trip and u like it

Service was very bad.....money minded and room was soo dirty......

AC sound too high , toilets are dirty, bed sheets sperm stains on bedsheet and peelo cover, hotel resturant is lazy

It’s a great place to stay in Siliguri with spacious rooms and all amenities, spic and span , the only problem was WIFI which was not available in the room and when I called reception the guy told me go to the door and you will get the connection , after spending so much to make a hotel things like these which hardly cost anything to put an extra router would have been better but it’s penny wise pound foolish otherwise no complaints.

Overall it was good to stay well located cleanliness was ok not so good staff is good restaurant i 10 out pf 10

Very dirty and smelly . only I know how i have survived there . Kindly suggest them to keep the room clean .

The rooms are very bad. The room that we booked was a premium room but they provided a very small room. After that they changed the room. The room that we stayed had bed bugs, Intercom was not working properly, no wifi and the bathroom was too small. A terrible experience in staying at Presidency inn.

The food was pathetic, location was hotel was average no proper working shower no proper ventilation of the room

room was clean, spacious,staff were active and well behaved .In house food was authentic and hygienic

Property was good but sum stuff was very Rude nd behavior issues . Room was not upto the Marked as I booked Duplex Room but it was not looking like Duplex.. Food was excellent as it's feel like home made food

The room has foul smell, AC filter was choked and have dust. Bedsheets was dirty and have multiple stain spots. Bathroom taps were leaking and shower was not working at all. Hotel should work on cleanliness amd maintainance part. Not at all recommended.

I was not satisfied with my stay at Hotel Presidency Inn. The room was not properly cleaned, and the space felt too cramped to be comfortable. In addition, the room service was unresponsive and below expectations. Overall, I found the experience disappointing and would not recommend this property.

Although the hotel is categorized as 3-star, it has failed to maintain the expected standards of cleanliness and quality. The level of service and hygiene usually associated with a 3-star hotel is not present here.”

Smelly old rooms, seepage on walls, water leakage from AC, leakage from Flush in washroom, room and bathroom is not clean but they charged more for a room. Bed bugs were there which resulted in skin rashes.

the room doesn't even worth of 500 rupees. very unhygienic, the towels were 10 years old. washroom waterlogging. stinking smell throughout
