Hello, So this guest booked for 23rd December and check out on 24th December, but they called on 23rd evening and say that they want to postpone the booking and won’t come that day and wants to book for another day but they won’t pay for that extra day . So 2 days booking needs to be done but will pay for 1 day . And no prior cancellation or notice was being provided, they are informing this on the same day of booking , so I said this is not possible so that is when the problem started . And during stay they liked it and also extended 1 night but still I got a bad review . The property is on the main road with 5 min walking distance to metro as you can easily see in map , 100m walking to vegetable market so just think where metro is there and on main will there be no local transport available. Auto , rickshaw , bus and Uber is easily available. Uber at midnights also as this is located 15 min from airport and 15 min from Howrah station , centre spot property. It’s not waste of money and neither I am charging a lot of money . It’s not a 5 star hotel it’s an apartment with all facilities and I can guarantee everyone will feel HOME . And you can previous reviews also , being rude with guest is not in my characteristics.
