We went for an overnight weekend trip. The staff was very courteous and check in was smooth. The room (villa room) booked by us was really nice. Very spacious with a separate sitting and dining area along with a separate bedroom. The best part of the room was the balcony which was large enough for all of us to sit and enjoy the green surroundings. There are gardens all around the buildings. Room service was prompt. The property has only one restaurant which is also not a very appealing one - food is good but ambience isn’t. The pool is big but quite deep and definitely a no for those who can’t swim or are just learning to swim but want to enjoy the swimming pool on a vacation. They have a tennis, badminton court. The spa is quite expensive and they have only one female masseuse so getting an appointment can be tricky of you’re there for only one night - you may want to book in advance.

The Storii By ITC Hotels, Devasom Resort & Spa is small but pretty. The Storii By ITC Hotels, Devasom Resort & Spa staff was very courteous and helpful. The overall experience was great and I am looking forward to visiting again for a quick staycation.

Lovely stay! I got some good sleep in fact which is pretty rare. The place is quiet and there is so much to do and explore on the property. Brilliant for an offsite and weekend trips, especially with kids. The staff is warm and resourceful.

The best thing about the stay was the staff behaviour, everyone means everyone makes your feel comfortable and special. Must visit place for a short trip with friends or family.
