It’s a beautiful property located on the outskirts of the city. The route feels a little off-road, but once you reach, the place and its hospitality make it totally worth it! The staff is extremely warm and welcoming. The food options at the restaurant could be improved a bit, but overall, the amenities are excellent. I’d rate it 4.5 out of 5.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful rooms especially the suite which has access to a balcony and a little grass area. Comfortable layout of the room and over all the hotel. Pool could be better especially for kids. Music at the pool area could be better. Lovely high tea.

Not worthy of ITC STORI standards

Over all experience was good but not upto ITC STORII standards. Its more like a 3 or 4 star hotel but definitely not 5 star. Everything from the toiletries to the cutlery is mediocre by ITC standards. Very limited options to engage if ur travelling with young kids. Spa, food and overall cleanliness was good but everything else needs improvement

Location is good. The rooms are well appointed and the staff are really cordial. However the food is average. And having no bar can be a deterrent. Overall satisfied and worth recommending.

It was an amazing experience staying at the property. The staff are super trained and super courteous. The service is top notch and the food buffet was also great. The chef would come and ask at the end if everything tasted good. They go extra mile for you. Really enjoyed my stay.

Terrible Stay

We checked in and checked out within 4 hours. Our room smelt of musk, like it hadn’t been open in months, the property at night was sticking of cow dung, there were so many mosquitoes, I got bitten within 3 mins. The sofa in our room had a stain, the water was also stinking. I’m so glad this was in my city, and I could pick up my bags and leave.

Property was amazing location wise. We didn't faced any problem Google maps where there we followed it and we reached the location and yeah, the experience was amazing. A lot of greenery and it really felt like a wellness place, so peaceful and so rejuvenating really love the place.

Poor Stay

We stayed for 2 days at the property and while the weather and the fooding was spectacular for a staycation there, the services, including the pool, the infrastructure and the property leaves a lot to be desired. Due to heavy rains both the days, the floors were slippery and there was no active maintenance for the cleanup, and my father in law slipped on one such wet floor. There were only boards put up everywhere about games and fun activities but there is only a basic carrom board, chess board, ludu board and a snooker table for the guests to entertain themselves in the name of games. There was a premium game room on the property which we were informed on the 2nd day, but when we went there it turned out that was for the guests of the other attached South City property. For someone looking to spend a nice relaxing weekend not far from Kolkata, we would recommend other properties nearby you can explore. This property is not worth the expense or the hype due to it’s management by ITC.
