Overall staff was good but cleanliness could have been better. The duvet and bedsheet had few stains and some hair.

the property is not a very great location as in the main road there is a dump of waste being pounded,which leads to a bad smell.

The Hotel is situated in a residential area, it is quite peaceful, and is very convenient for people who want to visit Manipal hospitals. Our group consisting of 3 people stayed for 3 nights. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the service was also excellent

Room was clean. Food was available on order with a lot of option. It's in prime zone like near to Appollo.

Room was literally small, does not have a single table in it, just one bed and the room finished. It feels like suffocating.

1. we booked a premium room through mmt but out of 11 rooms which are there in this place,8 are big ones( premium types) and 3 are small ones (regular category) and we are given one of these 3 regular ones. not expected after booking through mmt. 2. ⁠the manager told us on phone to book only through booking or agoda or else they will not entertain us. as i understand on mmt the prices for premium rooms were lesser so they have given us the regular room inspite of paying for premium. 3. ⁠as per manager they have above mentioned two categories of rooms but with mmt they have conveyed only one type of room category. this is unjustified for customers who book through mmt. 4. ⁠there are two guys who run as manager ,which is highly ambiguous and confusing coz they keep changing their stance on very poor experience with mmt this time

I came here for my eye operation at Susrut Eye Hospital. Previous year I also stay here when I came with my elder daughter for my routine eye check up at Susrut Eye Hospital.Service of this Hotel is excellent and behavior of all the staffs are very polite. Room was clean. AC was fine. Manager & staff behavior was fine. They attended as & when required. Food arrangement was prompt.

Cleanliness and lookwise it is ok like a guest house. There are no sofa/chair and table in the room. There are no water purifier. Always one has to buy packaged drinking water from them. No lift. In one room tv is not working. In the other there was no water, after an hour water came. Very pathetic situation.

The location was good and quiet.well maintained, But drinking water was chargeable.and the tea should have been available earlier than 8:30 am

Room was clean,staffs were well behaved.better than OYO, if you go with your family.the stay was very comfortable without truble.

Overall good experience, but some issues. Bathroom door lacked an outside lock, and found hair on bedsheet and pillow. Cleanliness and security need attention. Despite this, the hotel's amenities and location are commendable. Hopefully, they'll address these concerns.

average stay, as per price the it is justified though. washroom needs to be more clean and room freshener should be used

no table and chair in room . clumsy room small room. and they have their own set of rules. suppose I had program at 5am but their gate stay closed from 11pm to 7:30pm. bathroom comod is dirty.

Once I reached the property, they asked me to cancel from MMT and book separately with a higher value. Also, the rooms were not available in the place listed in the MMT and they were about to allocate me in some other hotel. Eventually, I had to call MMT and arrange for a change. MMT service was good but not the hotel.

Pleasant service with best hygiene for room and common area. Best location in the town and good service.
