Horrible stay, poor staff, poor availability, dirtiest room all together extremely disaster. If you are going with your family never ever choose this.

This place is very unhygienic and poorly maintained, with unprofessional staff and no food or tea services available. It is not suitable for a comfortable or productive stay, especially for business travelers. The guesthouse appears to primarily attract unmarried couples who only stay briefly and do not require cleanliness or additional facilities. This location is not recommended for business professionals seeking a quality experience.

All the staff is very good and a good ride but the blanket has some bad smell i didn't complain to anyone because at night what they will do. So i didn't use i requested you to wash the blanket after a ride or change.

Ambience was good room services were great and rooms were very neat and clean i liked the stay here hotel staff was good and supportive

Food quality is very poor, not hygienic and room bedsheet is very uncomfortable to sleep no proper cleanness. Feeling disappointed

Room is so suffocating, bedsheets are not good, there are mosquitos, ac was not working properly, water geyser was not working.

The rooms were good but the cleanliness was not at all. The blanket looked like it was last washed in 1947. Location is good but the behaviour of the guy or helper was inappropriate and very unprofessional.

The staff were very rude and careless, i went to salt lake for an interview and my room was not ready. I changed 3 rooms on the 1st day. They charged an extra 900 rs for the service tax but i didn't get any service. Also they didn't respond properly. The room was dirty. I will never book this hotel again and last thing they me penthouse room to stay. It was costly and not worth it for the money.

Owner of the guest house was rude and found him to be illiterate. My room air conditioner was not working. Staff changed the room thrice but overall none of the air conditioners were working properly. When i contacted the owner thru the app, he simply banged the phone thrice and said that he is the owner and i can't coordinate with him. I need to coordinate only with his staff. When contacted the staff they asked me to contact the owner. Hotel pics are minimum 10 years old and current condition is worse. Hotel is suitable only for couples who want to spend a couple of hours and check out. Owner was screaming at the top of his voice and doesn't even know how to behave with guests. At the end, i had to check out from the hotel and the owner charged me 50 percent of my amount paid. Contacted mm t but even they were at the mercy of the hotel decision and didn't give me complete refund inspite of checking out from the hotel in an hour. They gave me a voucher of 500 but it wad not enough for the inconvenience that i had to go through. Overall not happy with mm t as well as the hotel. Shall never ever use mm t again

Location is very calm, perfect for people who don’t like crowds. They maintained hygiene properly, i found room & washroom clean. It is beside east-west corridor metro, so you can reach upto sector v or sealdah easily.

It was a great stay at this hotel. I didn’t take their food service, room was ready before my check in, both room and washroom was clean & i found everything hygienic. They served amenity and drinking water. I recommend this hotel.

Once entering to the hotel front experience is different and room is totally different. No clean and room smile or very bad conditions. If you willing to book room in Sushama hotel please first check the room.

The guest house location is good but the property cleanness is very pathetic. Staffs have no idea if the guest in need of regular amenities like towel, towel, washed pillow covers or bed sheets, soap & even a glass or water bottle. At the front desk they have kept a hand wash liquid instead of a vaporized sanitizer. The staffs are clueless, seems they are not interested on their job. Only positive part is communication is good to go other locations & the area is not so crowded. The room rent is cheap as compared to other guest houses. Still they have to take care of all cleanness and other matters.
