Brio Hotel

Very nice experience. Ambiance was excellent. Food was the real charm. Quality and quantity both balanced very well. Hotel staffs from reception and restaurant were very polite and helpful.

1) Food:- Very Good 2) Location:- Hotel location is good, but only front rooms are better visibility, back side rooms don’t have any view & the surrounding areas are a bit dirty. 3) Front office executives need to be trained properly, however, Restaurant, Room Service & Housekeeping staff are very well behaved & very eager to solve the problems. 4) Hotel is a bit overpriced.

We had a pleasant stay there..good food ...need and tidy room with great saff

Property was good but facing challenge in Room AC, it was not working then Manager changed the room after continuos follow up by self for around 2 hours. Breakfast was not at all okay.

Location near to EM Bypass,Stadium Metro station.Very quiet surroundings.Food is average,a bit spicy.Facilities were as per mentioned in the site.Overall a good stay.

Great location, clean room and comfort bed. I would like to thanks for early check-in. At last, restaurant menu could have been better.

I stayed at BRio Hotel for 2 days and trust me, it is the best hotel I have experienced in Kolkata so far. The rooms were perfect – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet was a real treat with so many tasty options. What impressed me the most was their excellent customer service – the staff was always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The only minor point is that the food felt a little pricey, but the quality and taste made it worth it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend BRio Hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata.

Extremely neat and clean hotel, located in sector 3 just walking distance to nicco park, parking was available on the road, but safe, they let me park exactly in front of the hotel. The rooms are big, all amenities were provided including packaged drinking water. The staff was very well behaved. Breakfast had loads of varieties and the taste was good. Located in a quiet place, no hush from the crowd though being in the heart of sector 3. The restaurant is a bit costly if you decide to dine in, but at par with any standard restaurant. No outside food is allowed so keep that in mind. Would definitely suggest this place for family or even solo.

The rooms are very spacious and provides great value for money. The staff are very professional. The food is great as well!

I stayed there for 1 night. My experience of staying was excellent, importantly the room was very clean and spacious compared to to other boutique hotels. Food was also very good. Staff behaviour was very nice and pleasant specially Mr Prasenjit. Thank you very much.

The hotel is well designed and accessible in a central salt lake locality. The room size and decor was very good and comfortable and front desk staff helpful and efficient.the breakfast was average and service lax as there was only one waiter for all tables. The restaurant food was decent. There is a ball and multiplex with restaurants in 5 minutes walk. Recommend for stay in sat lake kolkata

They are charging heavy amount for Early checkin ... Early checkin charges is 50% of booking amount ..
