Terrible Stay

Everything was terrible the location led me to another far away location . During the check in when after finally arriving they couldn't get my details till checking deeply taking 30 min . They didn't have any towel in the washroom and when I asked for one it was dirty. The wc ws dirty. The ac was not cooling properly making me feel hot.

It was pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. I had selected Deluxe Room with a Balcony. I booked the room for 19th September,2025.I even called them on the 18th asking if that room was available. They said yes,it would be no problem. But on 19th when I arrived,the room was changed to just a Deluxe room. They kept saying the balcony room was not booked but i know what i booked. Either they ask for more money or they just provide you with the worse dingy room. You should get that checked out. Absolutely abysmal.pathetic service.

The property was average, i booked a room with breakfast but they gave one cake and 2 bananas for breakfast which was terrible and the room door had no lock but the property was pretty average clean.

The room was good and comfortable. Hot water was available, ac requires repair. TV wasn't provided in the room as mentioned in the itinerary. Overall a good experience.

This place is really nice as it’s just opposite to CJ park .The staffs are courteous and friendly .Just Incas you are late at night make sure to take the phone number of the Front office staff .

The location is quite good and calm. They provide a morning breakfast, if opted. They will supply lunch and dinner too, only if you ask. but they do not have an inhouse kitchen I guess. The amenities were pretty basic, as you will find in a room which charges 700 to 1000 per day. The staff are helpful, mostly the service boy
