Bandhan Residency 10 mins From Kolkata Airport

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room and toilet were clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with plenty of options to eat and shop nearby. Being close to the airport is a big plus. One thing to note is that the gate closes at 11 PM, so it's essential to inform the hotel staff if you're running late, so they can arrange for the security to open the gate for you. Overall, a good stay!

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff are decent in behaviour. Prime location is the greatest boon to this hotel. Nearby all facilities are available.

Bandhan residency hotel is good staff members are also cooperative and helpful morning tea or lunch dinner also good but I think soo morning tea free from hotel side it’s do then excellent service

All good location food service exilent

The stay was fine, the room was clean and all facilities were provided but the food serving was not available to the room. They kept one restaurant menu in the room but when I called the restaurant to order the lunch and dinner, they said the service is not available. So food has to be arranged by ourselves from outside. Else everything is fine and it's nearby to the airport approx 3 km.

Properties location is very good. Near charnock hospital. Food is good. But need a little more cleanliness and my rating will be excellent

MakeMyTrip has taken money behalf of this Hotel without querying anything about this hotel. You are responsible for this... Bandhan Residency is not responsible... you are only responsible for this terrible service...

Very pleasant and hygienic place

The Hotel is equipped with good quality materials and it is only 5 minutes drive from Kolkata Airport. These are the good things I felt. But unfortunately the maintenance is terrible! The Manager was not there at the reception when I checked in. Other workers were there . They allotted the room. It is a decent room with facilities but all were not working. The refrigerator was not working. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working! I told them but they replied to me that it will not work and they don't have the arrangements to fix the issue ! The bathroom smelled very bad. Finally they sprayed some room freshener to get rid of the bad smell. The intercom of the room didn't work at all so I had to call the reception from my mobile phone all the time. I will rate the hotel 3.5 out of 10.
