The Crystal New Town Kolkata

Property is at the fantastic location in new town and is walkable from my office. I booked a city view but they have upgraded my stay to a studio room at no extra cost, as my stay is for 14 days. And the room is excellent for what its worth. There was a provision of tv, refrigerator, washing machine and many things which is much required when you are staying for such long. The next big thing is about the service and reception. The appropriate team at the reception have been the best so far, always smiling, 24/7, polite and serving with utmost care. It never appeared to me i came to a different place because of the service. The The Crystal New Town Kolkata is also near to many tourist spots as well, it is in a peaceful colony with no pollution or disturbance whatsoever. I strongly recommend this The Crystal New Town Kolkata to everyone who is visiting kolkata and want to stay in new town.

This is my second stay in this property. One of the best budget friendly properties. Cleanliness is up to the mark with clean towels and good toiletries. Rooms are spacious with a working freezer. Properly working Smart TV. Cupboard to store your clothes. No disturbance if you want to spend quality time as the surroundings are peaceful. All in all, I am satisfied with my stay. Crystal The Crystal New Town Kolkata has always been our go-to place for staying over, whether for work or vacation. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Budhaan, Sharmistha, Bikash at the reception desk, and Bahadur & Ayan from housekeeping for a smooth check-in experience, & overall cleanliness, & service. Moreover, the breakfast is also quite sumptuous & delicious. I would definitely recommend Crystal for a reasonably priced, yet luxurious & comfortable stay.

Had a lovely stay! The property is beautifully maintained with a peaceful location, great hospitality, and clean, comfortable rooms. 🌿✨ The staff was extremely polite and cooperative, which made the experience even better. 🙏💯 Would be even more delightful if the in-house restaurant becomes operational soon — would love to enjoy the ambience and food without stepping out. 🍽️💫 Looking forward to staying again. It was a short stay at the The Crystal New Town Kolkata. The location can be a bit dicey for people who aren't aware of Newtown in particular. Rooms are spacious with basic amenities for a hassle free stay . There are just few staff, which might be a problem if you want frequent service .Overall a perfect stay if you don't have a overwhelming list of amenities to meet!!

Had an amazing stay at The Crystal Hotel ! The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were comfy and spotless. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved how peaceful yet conveniently located the The Crystal New Town Kolkata is. Definitely recommend for a joyful and memorable stay!

Very beautiful and exotic property. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and even better than the pictures. Awesome and prompt room service. Food is delicious. Satisfied by our stay. Quick room services. Highly recommend for a luxurious getaway.

All the the experience were good and well. The wifi service was not working properly. The check out time was delayed too . Apart from these all above the experience was good was pretty clean cob webs were present.

It was nice experience. The room was good they also have fridge and clean washroom. Food was good and overall area was excellent. Staff are well behaved, room tidy and clean and loved their balcony
