The hotel is not so good. Bathroom is conjusted. No service provide eyc.

Room was in so bad condition, not like what shown in the picture, ac wasn't working properly, washroom were dirty and out of water, staff was so rude.

I booked a hotel room and pay the amount but there is no rooms in that location i was lose my money then i will call the customer care their is no response

The hotel room is very small and suffocating. The windows were totally sealed with additional nails leaving no room for ventilation. Also the lodging facility here started from 3rd floor to 6th floor. We were provided accommodation on 6th floor with lift in non- functional condition. On asking for a change of room, were were bluntly denied. Our experience for the stay at the aforementioned hotel was pathetic.

1. 1. They did not allow me to check-in because of low tariff. I had to pay extra rupees for that. Disgusting and third class receptionist

Services is not good. Room cleaning services very slow.

Although the hotel is an old hotel with the furniture and other equipments need to be replaced but the hotel receptionist and the attendant were cooperative and helpful. Overall good experience but hotel should be renovate.

Very disappointed because i have to pay extra amount 628 besides make my trip payment

Despite paying entire tariff online in advance, the hotel staff said they did not have tie up with make my trip and their tariff was double what was displayed.

There was no water in any taps in the washroom and in flush and hotel management didn't take the concern seriously and provided water by bucket after several follow up

Breakfast facility not available at hotel still you are charging, kindly rectify. Pleasr refund the charges for hotel.
