My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room I booked, based on the pictures shown online, was not the one I was given. When I raised this issue, the staff simply told me that the advertised room was already booked—an unacceptable and misleading practice. To make matters worse, the room I received was in terrible condition—dirty, smelly, and poorly maintained. The bedsheets were unhygienic, the toilet was filthy with a strong odor, and the overall cleanliness was shockingly bad. The location was also secluded and inconvenient. This experience was frustrating and not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

They denied to check in. Behaviour is so rude. Please don't go to this hotel. They will harass you and ask to leave. They don't have basic humanity.

The worst hotel of all time. The guy at the reception doesn’t know how to talk to a lady They are asking for more money even though i already have booking. I urge people to never go to this dirty and creep hotel. Very disgusting and awful people there. I hope to never see that hotel again in my life.

This is one of the worst hotels in kolkota. The height of the ceiling is very low. Room dirty. Bathroom sprayer not working broken old. The room is small and dirty.

Average stay.

At first they said there was no available room even though i booked my room 2 days ago(prepaid. Then they say do whatever you want to do but we don't give u any room.

I check in at morning around 8 they told me to pay early check in charges although i mentioned in the booking also but also i bargain little the price and check in tge room is quite decent but not propel y clean and when in the evening i told to make a bill of my total expenses the reception guy was another he debate with me saying that the early check in price is not going to be what u r saying he kept stand with his price i also not to mike a scene so i paid the charges

बुकिंग के टाइम में रूम के बहुत अच्छे पिक्चर्स थे इसलिए बुक कर दिया, रूम में आकर देखा तो बकवास रूम था, शाम को 8.30 किचन बंद हो जाती है, और मॉर्निंग में 8.40 तक कुक नहीं आया चाय भी नही मिलती।

Room was dirty, even not having basic hygiene, past customer door and cigarette are there, chengam on doormat, i am just pass night there because i have no any option and no any other room available on that hotel

This room was not good and not clean. Bead sit was also not clean. Bathroom also not good. We are not happy with you.

They are rude towards client handelling, room was stinky, we have booked breakfast but they said we are not giving free breakfast

Was great experience here. Rooms are clean and crisp maintained regularly. They have really good services.

The staff is good and hygienic best management, the food was delicious, the very good ambiance, and clean room and bathroom. Very good staff and service. Very much value for money.

We had to pay extra amount after we booked from make my trip, so i think i won't be booking anything after this experience from make my trip. Totally disappointed by make my trip and the hotel also if you can then please refund the extra amount we have paid to the hotel once we went there after the booking.

Useless hotel. They made us forcefully move to a different hotel. The manager was useless and not at all cooperative
