They mentioned that they have free parking in the hotel but when we went we see that they have no parking. As a result we have to park the hotel in the parking area of kolkata corporation, which was paid parking

And for that we had to spent additional 1000 cost on transportation to our destination for our scheduled work.

soloI stayed for approx 12 hrs. This hotel has a facility for early 6:00 am check-in with an extra cost. This was a very big plus point for me otherwise I had to book for 2 days. Location is very nice. Walkable distance from Esplanade metro. Room was small but it was fine for me as I didn't had to stay in the room for the night. My room was on 4th floor but lift was till 3rd Floor. This was a negative point for hotel. That is why I rated 1 star less for this hotel.
