The receptionist at hotel was asking payment for My advance booked Trip,he was a lier. No water At B

I have booked a room with breakfast and shalimar hotel was denied to provide breakfast. We have given extra charges for breakfast. Horrible to listen. We have booked rooms with breakfast but hotels was denied paid extra charges for breakfast. Service was third class even though they not want to listen to anything.

Location of the property is good inthe point of view of communication and market places. But the stay is not so comfortable with regard to bath room. The bath room is not maintained properly. The fittings and accessaries are very old and needs overhauling.

Facilities to be improved and food quality also, in this cast more option are available near by area

Very pathetic hotel. Staffs behavior is very disrespect. They only want money for every purpose. Provided only 2 feet wide bed for a person which is too small. The bathroom is dirty and bad smelled. Air conditioner not working properly. Do not waste your money booking this hotel.

Hi everyone. Two days I spent in shalimar Hotel. Not a good experience hotel is good for location there is no lift facility rooms smelling. Small cockroach moving on bed. First you see the room then stay

Hotel room look more like hostel room with very poor ambience. No lift facility which is quite a surprise, never saw a hotel with no lift. Rooms are also not maintained properly. Bathroom is old and small. Over all won't recommend any one to stay there.

Not good hotel at all, I stay here only for its location. Rooms are very poorly maintained and very much old. Food and everything else is very expensive. Charges are like five star but no taste. All waiters all the time seek money from you as a tip. No value for money.

Centrally located. Transportation very easy and 24 hrs available. Room very clean and service excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. All variety of veg and non veg food available which is tasty $

Location of the hotel is very good, it is near to metro, main market You can easily catch your bus. Room facility Room service is not so good Hotel food is very expensive It's my suggestion that take your lunch and dinner outside One more thing room shown in picture is different and room I got Is different.

Location is good since its located in center of the city room is very small and old look service is Okey no lift service, For business people it's good location and you can get outside good Kolkata local food.

One of the worst hotels in Calcutta, never stay here free. The receptionist was very rude, though I had booked the hotel through makemytrip, he made me wait telling that he didn't agree for the price that MMT had quoted me.

Hotel was too good. However they were not giving the water .. I called them 5 times still no water in room .. Overall it is good .. Hoverver all staff was expecting some tips. Location of the hotel is good. Facilities were good. Value for the money is there. Service was OK. Cleanliness was very good.

Room is good, but extra bed was not provided, which was included in the tariff by MMT. Location is excellent as it is situated near to the new market. It's good for both a overnight stay or you are on a tour with your family and friends to the city. Food is not that good with respect to the price.

Room was not as per MMT website. Room is not neat and clean. AC is 3rd class, if its on for entire day, it will not chilled. Manager behavior is not at all good. Only location is good, I never recommended any body to his hotel. As per money hotel is not up to the mark.

Excellent location. Dharmatala, park street New market all are very closer. About 500 meters Eden garden & raj vabhan. Rabindra sadan, Victoria memorial hall & (P. G HOSPITAL) near about 3km. I decided I must be stay in future again & again.

Clean & comfortable room, good location, good food. Saff behaviour was also very good it was my best trip by make My trip. I am very thankful to "make My trip" for help choosing this hotel and make my trip awesome.

Hotel is at prime location in Kolkata. Room service and cleaning is best. Overall a good hotel to stay. Hotel is near dharmatala heart of city. Staff is well-mannered & of well behaviour also. All facilities are okay.
