While paid in advance,they charged double money for the room,for mere a change in name taking advantage of night and new in the city. worst people, the worst hotel. don't rely them. moreover the rooms were like a cheap lodge.

I stay 1 day booking through make my trip @ Rs.1750/ without knowing the room size and facilities.But when I entered the room the room was very small and no ventilation at all just like a room inside the jail .The food supply by the hotel is too costly.I asked the manager after for 2nd day staying he told ok and room rent not informed me.at the time of payment je forced me to give Rs.2000 for 2nd day staying.He told if you book through make my trip it will be cheaper than direct entering the room so he demanded Rs.2000/. For the satisfaction point of view the hotel is not so good but as an average hotel.Better try other hotel .

The hotel rooms are quite small, around 90 sq. ft., which made it uncomfortable for three people to stay together. There was also a damp smell in the room. Cleanliness was average and the property clearly requires better upkeep and maintenance. The hotel is located in a busy market area, which can be convenient but also a bit noisy at times. Food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was decent in taste, though slightly overpriced. On the positive side, the hotel staff were cooperative and helpful, which made the stay more manageable. With improved maintenance and a little more focus on guest comfort, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
