every basic need was fulfilled. For drinking water you have to pay extra.

Room is not upto the mark as per daily rent charged by the hotel. Bathroom is better than the room. Most valuable thing is that there is no lift service in that hotel. So it was tough for up & down when you will get room in 3rd or 4th floor. But the staff are very good & always helped as we need.

This is a rotten place. I almost vomitted when I entered the premises. I could not stay there even though I checked in. I left the place without staying there though I had made an advance payment of over for 2 nights . should remove such guest houses from its website. Ashreen Guest House is a rotten place not fit for any decent folks. I wasted my money. Paid the advance but chose not to stay there.

worst property ever I have seen. Room was bad smell, Bathroom smells bad. overall performance was so bad

Best stay for the budget, polite staff, location near metro station and market. Ac was not working but rest was ok

Property is good for stay, near to new market. Room was clean and good. Only drawback was lift issue but it might be added in couple of months.

More of a lodging facility. Location is good, in the heart of the city. Not so well maintained, especially the bed linen. If you are on a higher floor, be aware that there is no lift. Staff are good.

The location may not be prime but it's in the heart of new market. The toilets and rooms are very clean. The behavior of all staff are excellent. We had great times during our stay.

Location of hotel is very much near to new market and other tourist spots. Receptionist is very good and helpful. Supporting to keep luggage after check out time and has restroom to use at reception.

The hotel room is super clean. Rooms good size. Hotels all staff behavior is very polite friendly and agree to help. Location wise just 1 minute walking distance to reach new market area.
