good location and service except fooding and crocaries which need to be improved.

we added complimentary breakfast.but they kept on denying and said cook was not available after we already paid the money.

Worst Service too much rules not allowed to sit and eat inside the Room if you in group and adjacent Room your friends Stay .They dont provide any complimentary water sealed .only Toilet shop as toiletory.The Owner should mention it as strict hostel .

make my trip charged me the room price double from its actual price and most interestingly without attached bathroom, I will suggest not to book everything from MMT , official and business purpose or holiday MMT cheats public with taxes low room capacity location of properties. overall not good for everything

Who is receptionist the same person is cook.According to the hotel authority Complimentary breakfast means only Maggie Check in time was 12th noon and they stated to clean the room at 12:30 at the noon. I thik they should understand what professionalism is..

The room with the attached bathroom is good but with a common toilet is not so good. overall cleanliness is commendable. The staff is cooperative but the reception desk is slow.

When we reached the hotel at 1:00 in the night, the hotel staff did not say anything at that time. But in the morning they charged us ₹200 extra cash. They said that they have given us a better room than the one we had booked. But they did not say anything at night.

I had a pleasant stay at the property in Salt Lake. The location is excellent—quiet yet well-connected, with easy access to local spots. The food was tasty and hygienic, and the staff were polite and attentive. The facilities, including clean rooms and prompt service, made the experience comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a short or long stay in Kolkata.

Good rooms but all the rooms were on ground floor only. Cleaning was average . 2 km from Salt Lake metro station

The environment is family friendly. Also good for couples ig. Best if your budget is low and you wanna stay at 5 minute distance cc1, saltlake. Easy to get transport.

Behaviour of staffs very good. Facilities as per room rent. If someone likes homemade food, it's good to stay here. Overall nyc place to stay in salt lake area.
