Well, there's no food and other amneties besides room to sleep and hotel is still not complete i think. Bed sheets should have been replaced for new customer but I had ask the following day

I really liked Meraki inn location. It was a safe housing colony. Neatly maintained. No in-house kitchen is something I wasnt aware of, while booking. But it was a safe and secure stay

We haven't used the food service and not sure if there is one. Basic amenities like brushing kit weren't provided Daily house keeping services weren't provided. Water bottles weren't provided until asked. Also only a single water bottle was complimentary per day. Not much cupboard space. Location was very great. Room was good with balcony. Staff were responsive

Rooms are good and property is new. However bathroom faucet was terribly leaking and water was not at all come. Commode was leaking with every flush. They must not allocate such rooms to the guest knowingly. There is no restaurant so food needs to be arranged from outside.

The location is good..you can get easily a cab for flight or anywhere of Kolkata..You can order your food online..The behaviour of the staff is good..so it's a nice trip for me.

property is overpriced and there is no kithen or restaurant here and it doesn't look safe here as it in deserted area and you will have to search people for any need. There is no backup of electricity and you will have to climb stairs in case of power cut . This is not hotel it is like lodge where some rooms are constructed and rented out. Make My Trip should not include such property in its list of hotels they are just making profits by making people fool.

It was a nice experience at Meraki Saltlake. the room and washroom were clean and cozy and the staff were well behaved.

I booked through make my trip. Reached there around 5:30 pm. Found that the room bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket were not clean, spottings were there. Asked them to clean,waited for half an hour for everything to be changed. At night there were lot of mosquitos, called the reception number for mosquito repellent, it rang but no one answered, after that the call was not connecting. Although they said that they would be answering to call and some or the other person is available at reception if any problem. Additionally,while checking in they said that checkout time is 1 pm. But next morning they called and asked me to leave between 11-12 pm.

The stay was very good. Rooms was excellent. The staff member was very cooperative. Easy and smooth check-in

Meraki is in a beautiful residential locality in salt lake. That is the usp of this outlet. You have excellent hotels, parks and malls, all at walking distance. Rooms are clean, service is good. Only thing to take care is to bring your own toothbrush, paste as these are not given. Everything else is nice!

It was an amazing experience, really loved the cleanliness and support of manager he was prompt in his duty and was ready to help all the time.
