On arriving at the property was told that they don’t have rooms available and asked us to shift to a different property. They have different rules like you can’t enter your room after 10pm to 7:30 am. Surrounding and staff behaviour was bad and sus. Don’t feel safe staying there even in group. The rooms are in most pathetic shape not like images. Door locks are broken. AC not working, stayed one night with only 1 bed light on as no light and fan was working. They should have mentioned about the rules in the hotel portal as well.

I like room and service. room is good cleaning . I sujest to stay here without any worries. toilet is also good and you can oder tea and coffee.. there teast is good 👍

Very dirty room. No water in the bathroom and kitchen was so dirty and the kitchen man was also in very dirty condition. Very very bade ly experience.

Staying in this hotel was a bad experience for me as the mattress bedsheets and blankets were very dirty bathroom basin was broken and tv was not working. No thanks

Worst service, unclear toilets bad behaviour of staff dirty rooms beds almost everything

Room and washroom were untidy and smelly, curtain was dirty, they provided single and small blanket for three persons, ac was not working properly, wifi connected but without internet and no internet even after complaining thrice, staffs were unprofessional. In total worse stay.

Very bad experience. I ca-ck in late night, hotel door couldn't open i standing 1 hrs after so many call staff are open door

Staffs are not cooperative. After several complaint they restore tv and wifi. Rooms are dusty. Electric switch, socket broken. I have paid for deluxe room but they provided standard room. Food was also limited and poor quality.

The washroom was not clean. The bedsheet pillow had a very bad water leakage sound etc

Sheets were untidy and so was the bathroom. Basic toliteries were not available and no towels.

The blanket provided was torn and the room was not upto the the mark. There was no night lamp. Inf-act the property was different. The breakfast that was served was not worth rs 40- but was charged rs 140. Very disappointing. Staff behaviour was still ok.

It was the worst experience ever even after paying so much the room. It was very unhygienic, very low maintenance, gave all old ragged blankets, pillows and no extra blankets in this midst of chilly winter very disappointed

The stay there was average. The staff are slow but overall their behaviour is good.

Room was dirty, the staff behaviour was the worst, breakfast was horrible, no tea or coffee. I recommend never choose this hotel at any cost.

The staff was horrible, not at all groomed properly. We used to stay due to the official meeting. Dinner was not available. No sofa is the room. Room also not properly cleaned.

Horrible experience, the hotel is shabby with no proper amenities. I had to wait for 1 hour before checkin, there was no proper bedsheets or blankets. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay

The rooms were nothing as shown in the pictures. We were made to stay in a different property than the one shown on the website. The rooms were not even ready even after we arrived way past the check in time and had to wait almost 30 mins before they got the room ready. The quality of the room wasn't nearly as good.
