This hotel was too good & breakfast, lunch, dinner was too good , staff behaviour very lovely thank you

unprofessional management.. unsafe for familues. very short stays okay but not at all for longer stay. suffocating and smelly rooms with mosqiotoes galore. Leaking ceilings (eg. suite D bathroom where water will drop endlessly on one's head just while using commode). cannot open curtain in the highest paid suite as a \visual of old piled up tyres, motorbikes would greet you with odd men walking by the bed just beside the widnow...you pay to stay in suites to stay in ground floor suffocating, dark and smelly rooms with mosquitoes. stay away unless one just wants to get drunk in their bar and have wrong kind of breaks in rooms where curtains should be drawn. Sudden water shortage at 3am due to staff not oprrating pump on time was encountered (no water in commode cisyern, basin etc)with the haughty front desk trying to send a man to the suite bathroom it is an exclusive room specific pipeline problem and we must stay like that or shift whereas the man summoned hastily confessed that pump has been switched on to restore water supply. so much for the haughty frontdesk guy suite guests to stay with unflushed toilet!! very poor wifi.

room cleaning barged into the suite without any notice without any request or intimation from guedts while guests were having breakfast with all cash and valuables lying around and when caught handling bags the hotel claimed its standard though in our 6 days stay it never was practised. manager refused to even receive our written complaint. very unsafe for family for more than 1/2 nights. very very unprofessional and unsafe

Good but not Great …Food is very delicious but the rooms were not that much good as compared to the price .

The hotel was good . Their food is really good and comfortable for the stomach and the staff's were very polite. The rooms could be kept a little more neat and the water was dripping from the AC which they should take care

I stayed at The Stadel Hotel and overall my experience was not satisfactory. The food quality was quite average, and the canteen food especially needs improvement. The washroom had very slow water flow in the shower, which was inconvenient. When I requested an iron, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, which was disappointing. Basic facilities and services definitely need attention.

Good experience. Location was good and staff were very helpful . I recommend to other travellers to look at this property

Through MMT , location was excellent great all amenities and service was also ao good. Its worthy to book family suit room for the family.

Location of property is very nice, stay was very piece-full, amenities are good. Property is well maintained with clean and hygienic surrounding. 👍👍

feel very uncomfortable at swiming pool there was a coach whi said we have to wear slevles swiming contume and should by from there place only by thus they are forcing of selling biki very cheap beavior at swiming pool never want to visit again

It's a Pleasant stay. All the staff are polite & helpful. Rooms are net & clean. Checkin & checkout process is very fast.

Rooms were good and spacious. But so much noise at night,some furniture work was going on till 3am,they did not bother to stop despite complaining to the manager 2-3 times.

While check -n, everything was fine, but in hotel we expect more being a service industry, they have unstable internet & while cheeking -out, there was no one available to check out, they all was sleeping, & due to this my check -out was delayed by 30 minutes, good thing was my flight was delayed, but if was in time i may loose,

Room rating 3 and bathroom rating 1. Food is too good. Breakfast is tasty and good variety. Room service is good. Old rooms. Apart from that service and food is good

Very calm and quiet environment, excellent infrastructure, nice, welcoming and professional staffs, excellent breakfast with unique dishes, easily reachable position.

Excellent stay. The hotel is situated at prime location. This time they have upgraded my room and the room is fabulous. Foods are very yummy. This time i am very much statisfied.

Room service is not good tv and wifi were not working and my baby was facing mammy time problem but the food was good.

Hotels need an upgrade

Location wise hotel is very good. But they rooms are pretty old style as compared to price. The washroom is very congested. Food is good. Service wise it is ok.
