I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was nice, and the staff were very cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The overall ambiance of the hotel was good, and I really appreciated the hospitality. However, the only drawback was the room size, the rooms felt too small and a bit congested. The washroom was average as well, but manageable. If the room size had been a little more spacious, the experience would have been perfect.

Room was smelling badly. There was only one plug socket. The size of the room is very small. Also they are offering offline cheaper fare. Overall no recommendations.

Regarding your concerns: • Room size – it is clearly mentioned on all our listings, so there should not have been any surprise. • Plug points – while the room has one plug point, we always keep extension boards available at the reception for guests who need them. Unfortunately, you did not request one during your stay. • Cleanliness / smell – we take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, and it is highly unlikely that the rooms were left in an unclean state. Had you informed the reception immediately, our staff would have checked and resolved the issue right away. • Pricing – online/offline rates fluctuate based on demand and supply, which is standard, That should not affect the quality of your stay. We are sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations, but we do feel this review does not reflect the efforts we put into guest satisfaction. Property condition is good, washroom is good with latest fittings but rooms are very small, only one plug point was problematic, only one towel was provided for 2 people, toiletries was very minimal not adequate.

Since the Executive is compact, adding more plug points isn’t possible, but we keep adapters at reception and our manager would have assisted if informed. We normally provide one towel in Executive rooms, but extra towels are always available free on request. Toiletries provided include soap, dental kit, shower gel, and shampoo at this tariff it’s not possible to offer more. The location was lively, the room was cozy, clean and compact yet comfortable . The staff was very supportive and cooperative. All in all the best deal vs price. All the amenities were well maintained and in good condition....I can totally repeat my stay when I'm back in Kolkata and vouch for their service.

Its nice hotel, the room is small but if you are solo traveler or a couple, i dont think you will mind it. One thing you will mind is how small the bathroom is, but you will get around it, its just fine. It is also close to the US OFC & Consulate.
