The room and bathrooms were clean. Polite staff. Good for staying in a budget. Toiletries were provided. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected. Location wise it's good.

The property location is very good. The overall experience of the property is pleasant. Need to have a kitchen service in this property to serve more better.

Location was great, easily accessible, but POOR Cleaning , bedsheet *wasn't changed* , stained too , Hairs were everywhere😷 Max to max 2/10 cleaning Food was affordable

It was good experince. The hospitality was so good. Welcoming gesture and overall experince while staying. The members of hotel were humble. The hotel were clean, and specially for official and proffesional person, these rooms are best.

Their CA86 property is far better than this!

The room was very small, their pictures online were different i guess. The bedsheets had stains, the shower was not working, they didn’t clean the room even once when we were staying there for 3 days . The people managing the properly used to get drunk in the evening and the smell of alcohol was everywhere. Avoid this hotel if you can but if the budget is too tight then you can risk it.

Facilities very poor, there was no bath towel available in the hotel after so many followed up they didn't provide bath towel, room is also too small as per hotel price

The accommodation was good and comfortable. However, the food was not great and definitely needs improvement. Cleaning and other facilities were average. Overall, a decent stay but there's room for improvement.

1) Location is very good. Walking distance from Biswa Bangla Chowk. 2) All basic facilities are there. I mean best in this price range. 3) Though varieties of food is not available, whatever is available is of good taste. My two days well spent
