Rooms had an unpleasant smell, and there was no restaurant available for food, requiring me to go outside or order online.

Clean room, clean bathroom, nice staff, fast internet etc. what else do you need. you can order food online as well. Perfect Stay. I hope they will maintain this in future as well.

Amenities are not good. Shower was not working. Staffs are not well mannered

It was good, cozy, the staff members were okay. But the owner was really helpful. At one point we woke up to construction noises but after calling the owner he shifted us to a new room even though the windows open to a view of another wall from a different building, there wasn't any disturbing noise.

We stayed during Durga Puja festival 2025, however we had an unpleasant situation from the property. There is only a bedcover acting as a blanket. Both the owner and the staff denied giving a blanket. They offered to lock the AC temperature as a condition to provide a blanket. This has been rather a very unique as we never such a condition in any of our stays before across the entire . A relatively high tariff for a small room size as well.

The manager and the staffs were really good. The behaviour and the services were provided in a very good manner. I will definitely refer the hotel for future bookings.
