The property is not maintained. Room is different from photo

The room did not feel fresh, and it looked nothing like it was shown in the pictures. Although the bedsheets were clean, the floor didn’t seem properly cleaned. The bathroom was the worst part — there were visible stains on the door, sink, and commode, which was very disappointing. Breakfast is sourced from outside, and it’s unclear where it comes from. The only options provided were puri-bhaji or idli-sambar. From their own kitchen, they offer only bread omelette or plain Maggi. For the price you pay, this place is highly overrated. You can easily find much better accommodation nearby. The guest house is located on the 2nd floor, and a strong, unpleasant smell of garbage and urine hits you on the ground floor when you get into the lift. The staff is courteous, but the room does not feel hygienic. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience at all. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Booked for family - 3 person and room was not enough for 3 person.TV not working, extra bed had to be accommodated. Not worth with what I paid for this - the facility doesn’t deserve more than rs 2000 for the service and room I received. They write it’s with breakfast but it was not included. Paid 5k for this - I would have got much better hotel in this price somewhere else.

third class staffs with attitude no proper housekeeping no connection of wi fi no connection of TV no refills tea making materials and toilet kit also not in bathroom and guieser connection of by reception

I recently stayed at Aster Guest House and had a very pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, with good connectivity to nearby attractions and markets. Wi-Fi worked well, and basic amenities were all in place. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option with good hospitality, perfect for short or long stays. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the city.

It was very nice experience with the staff we went there for U S Visa interview and it was approved. When we came back, enjoyed the tasty Breakfast. We left our luggage and after returns the things which we left in drawer of the room, the Cleaning staff Kept safely and they gave it in evening!

location of the guest house is in the chawl on one floor. Entrance was extremely dirty. waste food spread everywhere , rats running .... Very horrible ... area not safe for ladies and family, couples. only the 2nd floor where guest house is developed, is newly constructed. As per locality price is extremely high... Not at all recommended.

At first the room was not what it was in the picture. Then when visited personally this place is not safe at all. No family can stay here. There is a place called Aster just in front of this facility and the pictures are of that start property on the website. We were denied the cancellation and refund also. We were given alternate accommodation in another location and that was also not good. Will post the visors of the actual one.

Had an amazing stay! The rooms were neat and clean, and the hospitality was truly great. The staff was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. Don't judge the place by its exterior - the inside is lovely. khup bhalo bhashi 😇
