Nice home stay. Great host. A little away from main area. But it is reachable on a rickshaw.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Satrangi Home Stay. My stay was marred by the property's sheer unprofessional manners and attitude of the staff. We reached at the property around 3 pm. Once reached we found that its an house where too many people lived and all are busy in having their lunch. We were asked to sit outside and they informed only after the people finish their lunch they will allocate room. Meanwhile what we noticed looks more serious and pathetic. One of the members while having his lunch rushed to the room which is supposed to be allocated to us, knocked the door, asked the couple inside to vacate the room. Once the couple went out he went inside and started arranging the shoddy bed. Meanwhile one guy came and constantly asking if payments is done. Around 3.30 pm we were given the room. The bed sheet got stain marks allover, ac was there but they intentionally kept it unplugged. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issues were not at all addressed. A very very frustrating and pathetic experience @makemytrip. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to refund and penalize the property maximum within your rules and regulation.

Excellent place for quality time. Nice room and beautiful arrangements. The bathroom is properly clean and maintained.

Best home stay in kolkata. I have been here many times. Kolkata is no longer such a good place and environment.

This home stay is a very good environment. It will make you feel at home. And i personally know this home stay. Every person here is very nice. The rooms here are very good and the food is also very delicious. Personally, i really liked it. I would like to come every time.
