Old 17 th century building, no lift , no kitchen, cold food is served that to ordered from zomato, overpriced, worth just 2k charged 4 times, I shall never ever recommend this property henceforth to anyone

It was a very good experience but the location was very hard to find

The room was quite spacious, neat and clean. The guest house staff were highly courteous.

Property was good and it's centrally located do enjoyed our stay Will recommend people to definitely try Park Suite Services are also good Breakfast can be improved bit I understand that they have some maintenance work going on bcoz of which they could not deliver as expected But I still think it's a good place to stay in Kolkata

Room is nice,spacious,clean with all properties it demands..lights should be more in the Room But the entrance is not well maintained or under maintenance... So that is not a good point..entrance is confusing also..as it is a 3 star hotel thats why there should be more maintenance

You have to ask for everything you need, they won’t bother even to help with your baggage;

jis tarah hotel walo ne paisa lia us tarah ka hotel nhi tha nasta jaise laga ka nasta tha, jitna payment maine yaha kia isse kam paisa me maine fairfield by mariot me raat ka dinner aur subah ka breakfast bhi kia tha. Bahut hi kharab experience tha is hotel ka.

Excellent location, clean specious rooms, well maintained bathroom, well behaved staff. We feel real happy availing hospitality here. I regularly visit this place once or twice a year

Nice Stay..Perfect Location...Food was delicious..

The 2 positive about the hotel is its locality (a lot of shops and lively streets) and the size of the room. But when it comes to the hotel it’s not worth the price. The property is located on a property that’s hard to find unless you have help from the local. There are no amenities. Even the pressure of the water from the tap is so slow that I was given a bucket since the water wasn’t climbing to the shower.

Great experience with service a really good option as a home stay comfortable and great for short stays.A bit difficult while finding the property, overall a great experience and the breakfast served was delicious as well they are quite punctual. its quite good place to stay in the central city, which is close to most of the places. the only problem is it doesn't have a route map to get into for most of the visitors.

The staff is very polite and the food was good

The stay was pleasant, rooms were neat and staff was cordial too. Just that the signage should guide you well to the reception if you are arriving late in the evening as this is situated on the 2nd for in a building

Food was extremely disgusting. Also the staying experience were so bad because there is on service as they are taking too high cost

Location was pretty good, room was spacious and clean, staff were well behaved and very helpful but one one thing has been lacked which is food. They do not have their own kitchen, so wishing food while staying will be in vain, yes you can ask order from Zomato or swiggy. Complimentary breakfast is worthless, they have very fixed menu and have to order one night before. Everything is good except food.
