after we got the number of host he was very gentle and cooperative property was good. no harassment in check-in or check-out. specially host was fantastic and so cooperative.

Location is good, outside food not allowed, no telephone service in room, transportation facility not available.

The stay was terrible stayed for three nights and they didn’t bother to clean the room at once and the room service is so awful ! asked for a tea and to my surprise one of the guys said “sir we are out of milk “ like literally?

I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The room didn’t have a good view, and the overall atmosphere felt dull and uninviting. Hot water was supposedly available, but it was confusing to figure out which tap provided it — and in the end, there was no hot water at all during my stay. While the bedsheet was fine, the pillow covers were dirty, which raises serious concerns about hygiene. At the price they charge, I expected better cleanliness and basic facilities, but sadly, the hotel fell short on both fronts. However, I must mention that the staff were polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They tried their best within their limits, and I appreciate their good attitude and willingness to assist. I hope the management focuses on improving the infrastructure and cleanliness, because the staff alone can’t make up for everything.

I booked a day stay and wanted to extend for another day, but they refused because they had already accepted another booking without asking me if I was extending my stay. So, if you book this property, be aware that you might not get any support. If you want to stay longer, they may try to move you to their other property, which is not good.

Clean room nd good environment and location

The property has the charm of a classic Salt Lake, Kolkata home—partially modernized and quite spacious, with a small but elegant balcony. The food thali was excellent, giving a complete homely meal vibe. The quantity was good enough for two light eaters. Service was also very nice. The only area that could be improved is the washroom cleanliness. Still, this has been one of my coziest experiences with MMT in Kolkata.

The service was really good, the staffs behaved very well, and out of that food was amazing, but the only problem we had is that there were no store near by except one store, for multiple things you will have to go around 2-3 km from the hotel, but in this budget I would say it's perfect for a short stay. Very good to stay n room is need n clean

A great place for short stay. Room was clean and spacious .The locality is excellent and very convenient with close proximity to main roads and offices.

Great property nice room nice people and management good place for comfortable stay

Overall average stay. It wasn't a smooth ride to find the location as there is no nameplate or board outside. The bedsheets were stained. Ac and geyser was not functional. The basin sink was coming out of the holding place. The food was reasonably priced and was of decent quality. There were some noise in the corridor at the middle of the night which can be scary to some. Overall average stay.

They don’t have option in rooms

27 degree temperature outside and AC not cooling at 20. rooms having smell of wet walls. I don’t like the place.

The location was great, the room was okay and the food was palatable too but there was an incident. The staff there assigned a room to us. We stayed there for hours until suddenly he comes in and requests us to shift to another room because according to them, we were given a super deluxe room "by mistake" even though we opted for a deluxe room. Now, we had already settled in the room and our belongings were scattered over the place, which meant it would be a great hassle for us to collect everything and shift to another room even thought we were clearly not at fault here. The staff should have known which room to allocate us to. It felt disrespectful that they suddenly came and asked us to change the room. I hope these instances can be avoided in the future.

The staff behaviour was good. Hotel facilities were good at this price point

The bedsheets were dirty, not washed. Bathroom smelled obnoxiously. We were given the room where the caretakers were lying down themselves and no cleaning of the bed or change of sheets was done.
