Hotel was awesome with fabulous location But room size was small and breakfast menu was quite less than exy

I stayed here with my family. The staff are very polite and supportive, and the location is good. The rooms are neat and clean, but the size is quite small and feels congested. Considering the price, the room size did not meet my expectations, and overall it felt a bit expensive. However, we were satisfied with the service, staff behavior, and cleanliness.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were genuinely sweet and welcoming. The location is a big plus—it’s right in the centre of Kolkata, with the metro station just a few meters away, which made traveling around the city very convenient. Overall, a great experience!

As per Hotel tarrif , room was not good ,food, amenities and services was average .I thik tampering is done with rating .Hotel is overrated, room tarrif is high .

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was excellent and well maintained. Location wise, it is very proximity to Esplanade Metro station. Breakfast quality and variety can be improved. It would help if they can keep the rooms categorised as smoking and non-smoking, since the first room we were given smelled very smoky. Luckily, the alternate room that they gave was very good.

comfortable stay, the hotel is new & clean, staff is nice and cooperative, i liked the atmosphere and daily cleaning. local is also good , you can easily get public transportation and its near to new market area. the food is good but they have can better verity in breakfast

Hotel locations is very good. You can get transportation very easily. Esplanade metro station and new market is on walking distance. Food they serve is good. Staffs are polite and friendly.
