Nice experience with good vibes best atmosphere was nice and worth price

Locationwise, the property is very good as is well accessible. Connectivity is good. Hotel Room that I stayed was neat and clean but lacking basic items like drinking water bottles, tea/ coffee sachets, toiletries etc. Staff need to be properly trained to attend guests.Though food preparation was good but operational timing require properly adjusted as it was found opening after 8 am only as such tea/ coffee was not available.This is not a complaint for points for improvement.

Food - Not so good..Less items in menu with high price..Also morning breakfast available after 9 am.. which is not good for guest .. Food bill also not provided.. Facilities - Room was not clean... after complain they clean the room..

Wrong location provided. Room size , amenities did not match with photographs except Washroom. Room wall made by totally plywood room no 203, which is not expected

I booked a 200sqft room, but the room alloted to me was very small, its was a 10*8 maybe. no toilet papers. outside food was not allowed

Very bad experience, Room was good but service was very bad, also I booked complimentary breakfast but there was no option for complimentary breakfast service, also food has not good here and you con’t order from outside. There is no option for complimentary breakfast only puri subji available (that puri subji was very bad).

Only mentioned WI fi available but hotel will not provide you with fi facilities from hotel 4. Too poor network coverage of Jio , Airtel ,BSNL 5. Costing of food is too high you can not order food from the outside 6. Check in wait time is too long but hotel informed us after 11 AM late check out charge will be applicable 7. Food provided time will too much long 30 min required for Tea coffee and 1 hrs required for dinner or lunch 8. It is service appartment overall I will give 6 out of 10 . No

The property seems newly built, the area is very peaceful, and there are local shops nearby, including a pharmacy and other stores. Overall, it was a good experience. Also, the check-in and check-out were smooth, which is a plus point, thanks to the receptionist.

Property and location is very good. The rooms are very clean and staffs are cooperative. Some of the facilities are mentioned in mmt are not there in the room. But overall it is good.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the service was good. Though there was some delay in the check in process as the room was getting cleaned when I arrived, everything else was fine.

Rooms are quiet small

I like the pay later option of Make My Trip , Make my trip assigned to SIMPL will pay the amount Rs.1364 on behalf of me, Later on dt.18.08.25 I was paid the above amount to SIMPL by online login mode via Google pay. SIMPL not send me the receipt, waiting for that. I like to suggest MMT pay later option may govern by itself without appointed any third party.

Property is located in a posh location. Brand new building with all kind of standard amenties. Staffs are good are helpful. Food price is reasonable. Definitely a classic property in newtown area. They also arranged a cab from me for airport drop.
