Ambiance of the property is very good and amenities are organised. Room service and staff should be more responsive. Food options are much more limited compared to the choices of menu they offer. Overall a clean and family friendly weekend destination.

It was a very short stay, stay and food was ok. But room lock was not working and they had to replace it after check in. Flush in toilet was not working properly. Nothing to do in longer stays.

Food quality and quantity is not good as per the price is being charged. Room services are late in delivering items. The staff's behaviors are very good. Ambient is also very good. The concept of the resort is also good. But some things are needed to be taken care of like... mosquitoes, insects in the room.

The place n staffs are fine but the food was pathetic . The whole experience got a turmoil because of the bad food . Very disappointed. Kindly change the chef otherwise you’ll lose your good crowd

The resort is in a secluded place. Food was tasty and healthy. Room was clean, well decorated and had everything we required. Above all, all the staff were well behaved . I appreciate their professionalism and am impressed.

charulata resort ta khuje pai Make my trip theke.. first time visit korlam ekhane r sotti resort er caretaker ra khub valo. oder behaviour personally khub valo legeche amar..all I want to say the resort is very peaceful with amazing rooms and outside views.
