Aristocrat Hotel

hotel is bokwas. service is very poor. mosquito and tv issue. every amenities is provided on demand. no one thing is available as basic amenities. food eatecis too high like 5srar bt quality is so poor. buffet is also limited. not recommended

Extremely small rooms, very average breakfast. The only positive note here would be the girl who was in duty at the restaurant for breakfast as she portrayed true hospitality. We asked for an upgrade an they promised us one only to forget the other day which was highly unprofessional.

The location was good and the hotel’s ambience was also great but the service was not good. For two people per room they had given only one towel and after multiple calls also the room service did not give us another towel, door mat and tissue paper. The three basic things we asked. The reception desk also did not respond and blamed it on house keeping. This was the service given to a suite room.

The property is getting old with zero maintenance. The bathroom fittings are falling off. The bathrooms are also dirty. Cleaning is not proper. However, the staff is doing their best to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast is ok. Location is very good.

The place was not neat. Had bugs and cockroaches. Service was not great either.

The hotel is in a good location set off the main road a little inside so away from the traffic. The staff were friendly and polite the facility were good. Recommend it, will go back again

They have limited staff. Staff is less cooperative Food is costly compared with quantity Breakfast have limited options and always same variety. Entrance to be more maintained

Hotel is good food kinda expensive but some how stay was nice recommend. Near to New town Bus stand.

Worst front office staff and if you ask for extra glass for water they will dinai and tell no we can’t get you extra glass for drinking water no sweetness in conversation totally worst

Hotel room was good, but the service was very slow.

the hotel is bit old, When I reached reception, the card was given to me but nobody to guide me to the room. I requested for a single bed but they refused, though the hotel was almost empty. I ordered a chicken Salad but it had bones in it.

It was a comfortable stay, good location if you want to stay in New town area . Reasonable breakfast options and a good value for money .
