Just ok Lot of mosquitoes Shower not workong proper Only 10% food items available from menu in restaurent No shavi g kit and dental kit

they r telling this a kitchennite room but no plates is available. and no hair dryer is available for drying hair after bath. they told that in the room slipper will be available but it wasn't available. overall room is average but it is not worthy to take this high amt if you r not giving service what you claim.

Hotel looks good in the online pics but reality is different. Poor amenities, unprofessional staffs, unhealthy breakfast & bad location of the hotel are main pain points.

The hotel is not ready. Very low staff and nothing seem to be fully operational from pool, Resturant and even room service which is only operational till 10 pm. I hope in the future the operations will imptove

We stayed for 7 hours in the hotel but eventually we forgot our Driving licence in the reception counter. None of them return back the DL also we forgot the same Next day we found that the Licence was missing from us.. Neither they knock the door in the hotel nor they ring back in the mobile no. Lastly I had to book Uber courier for the emergency DL and no refund for that provides from them. Hence mismanagement from the hotel..

we exceeded with a very bad behaviour and an unexpected guest charge on arival of our two guests on their ruled time and an unexpected force full top asked by them my recommendation would be don't ever go to this hotel.

Excellent service people were best and very helpful cleanliness was up to the mark food was good not bad.
