It is shabby, no parking available, not cleaned properly, reception was unable to understand the booking details even. We could not stayed at the property and had to leave.

It is a shady property. Not at all comfortable for solo travellers. Female should definitely avoid this property. . No front desk executive. No helper/caretaker. Worst property.

The hotel is difficult to identify since it’s reception is at the 1st floor of a different building. From outside one cannot identify it to be the hotel one booked from MMT. In the reception there was nobody when I reached, and had to go to the third floor tp look for someone who was clueless about the existing booking. Apart from this the stay was okayish type.

The location of the hotel is good. Limited food options. The person in charge of the reception is not available all the time. Breakfast is available only after 9.00 am. Rooms were clean; however, basic refreshments as per the policy were not available.

Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent booking at Treebo Petals Banquets & Suites, Kolkata through your platform. Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations due to multiple issues with the property. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the entry to the hotel was extremely unclean, which was very different from the images and descriptions provided . Additionally, this property does not function as a proper hotel or guest house—instead, it primarily serves as a venue for weddings and birthday parties. This critical detail was not mentioned anywhere on your platform. Furthermore, the room service was extremely poor, and when breakfast was delivered, it was completely cold. The level of service and hygiene did not meet even basic hospitality standards. There is a significant discrepancy between what was shown and the actual condition of the property. Given this misrepresentation, I, as a long-time loyal customer , am extremely disappointed. In light of this, I kindly request a full refund for our stay as the property did not match the expectations set by your platform. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a resolution at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.
